Burning Machine

D-M Fabrication carries a large inventory of plate stock in order to meet our customers J.I.T. requirements.
Our burning machine is CNC controlled and can cut up to 12'x40'x20" thick plate.

Invar Weldments
|
|
We have dedicated one phase of our fabrication facility to invar elements. Invar is a 36% to 40% nickel product designed with the aerospace industry in mind for low coefficient expansion rates in certain types of lay-up mandrels for aerospace parts.

Water Jet Cutting
|
|
D-M Fabrication Inc. recently added a waterjet machine to our fabrication facility to help better serve our customers. The specifications for the waterjet machine are:
10' X 14' X 18" thick with shifting capability up to 30', though cutting tolerance may vary with materials; machine tolerance of +/- .005 on positioning and +/- .001 on repeatability. The materials most commonly cut include aluminum, stainless, invar, titanium, rubber, plastic, lexan.
